Adastra Health Care provides activities and services based upon each resident’s initial assessment conducted by his/her Physician, including but not limited to:

  1. Acquired Brain Injuries (traumatic, anoxic, aneurysms, cerebral vascular accidents)
  2. Spinal Cord Injuries (all levels including Halo care)
  3. Complex Wound Care (including V.A.C. Therapy)
  4. Pulmonary (Vent care and weaning, tracheostomy care, suctioning and de-cannulation)
  5. Congenital Disorders (Anomalies, cerebral Palsy, Spinal Bifida)
  6. Amputee Care
  7. Neuromuscular Disorders (Guillain-Barre, muscular dystrophy and myasthenia gravis)
  8. Medically Complex (multiple IV antibiotic therapy, isolation, TPN, G and J tube feeding)
  9. High-Intensity Rehabilitation (PT, OT, ST, LCSW, MSW)
  10. Orthopedically Complex (multiple trauma, fractures, non-weight bearing)
